It is with deep regret & sadness that we have to announce the passing of one of our oldest members and supporters, David Finney.

David first received honours from the Stonehouse Gang in 1949. He went on to volunteer for us and joined our management committee. He was made Vice-Chairman a few years later.

David’s passions were swimming, table tennis and badminton, setting up successful clubs for each and only stopping swimming coaching in 2017. David deservedly received the West Midlands Unsung Hero award in 2016.
