The Community Cafe

Drop in Monday to Friday, 10am – 1pm

Run in conjunction with Communicate2u and Selly Oak School, the Community Cafe is now open for business selling tea, coffee and a range of affordable cakes. It’s a perfect place to catch up with your mates or get advice from one of the many agencies  who are making use of the facilities.

The cafe is being run by pupils of Selly Oak School, giving the young people (who also have additional needs) an opportunity to run a small business and gain skills for their adult life.

Over 50’s

Every Wednesday afternoon (for the past forty years), we have welcomed ladies and gents over the age of 50. They play bingo and have a cup of tea, a cake and a chat. Every few months we have a meal out and every year the young people organise a Christmas Party with Christmas lunch and entertainment.

We are keen to expand our group and are looking for new members. We have two minibuses, although they do not have wheelchair access, and are able to provide a door to door service. Contact us for more information

A beginners, low-impact keep fit class that’ll help keep the bend in your backbone. If you’re interested in developing your fitness, or you just fancy having a bit of fun with like-minded people this class is for you. Check out the club programme here for more information.
